University Of Alabama Hospital: "1 hour & 55 minutes! That's a straight up lie! I was released from the hospital on Aug. 4th after being badly electrocuted. My hands are covered in 3rd degree burns and I came to the ER for an abscess on my left arm. I arrived here at 10:00am & here it is 4:04 pm and all they have done is remove my bandages take some x-rays & ultrasounds & sat me back here in a room with other patients. The other patients seem to come & get treated & go. Yet still I sit here since 10:00am without them so much as replacing my bandages on my hands with the 3rd degree burns. I've asked for them to re bandage me 4 times & all I get told is "we're getting to you"! This is complete bullshit! This hospital is amazing & has great doctors if you can get past the dumbfuckery of the emergency room!!!! Bullshit! While they sit on thier fat asses eating their lunches while we sit back here hungry and in severe pain! Shameful excuses for caregivers!!!" - Jessica

University Of Alabama Hospital: "I have been waiting in the waiting room for four and a half hours. The chairs are some of the most uncomfortable ones I have ever sat in. (You should have to set in one this long). I realize that the more serious people need to be seen first but to have to wait this (and I don’t know how much longer) is not right. Nobody can tell you anything. The waiting room is freezing and was told that I could not get a blanket. " - John
