United Hospital: "Wait time 5 hours and 6 hours. Hospital has no open beds. Some people waiting to be seen don’t need er. Would be more efficient if they had an urgent care attached to where non urgent issues could be addressed. Nurse told me every day is like this and some days wait is 11 hours. Another hospital in St. Paul closed in December due to low occupancy. This is just nuts!" - Marge

United Hospital: "I was brought to the emergency room on 5/19 2021 via an ambulance at approximately 6:45 p.m. after sitting in a triage Chair for 6 hours, I left. There had been no one called into the ER for more than an hour and a half according to the nurse. There were still four people to be called in before me. at 12:45 in the morning, I could no longer wait. I needed to lay down because I was dizzy,so I just went home despite the fact I needed care. It seems like a third world country as far as getting any medical attention. This is totally unacceptable in the United States" - Patricia
