Tristar Stonecrest Medical Center: "Brought my dad to ER for possible broken collar bone or dislocated shoulder. During the 5 hours he has only had X-rays done and gave an urine sample. 69 years old with Parkinson. The wait has been trying for him. Plus the pain. During this post he still has not been. This was a good hospital but know needs some leadership. " - Donnie

Tristar Stonecrest Medical Center: "Been sitting here for close to two hours waiting to go back to be seen have seen multiple people go back with a lot less wait. The having different rooms for fast track and rooms for people who actually have an illness is bullshit. You should be seen by when you arrived or the severity of your reason to be there not weather you just do not feel good and do not want to go to a regular doctor so they throw you in a fast track room that could have been used for someone who actually needed to be in the er. Tristar Stonecrest Medical Center: "The average wait times are advertised for this ER as 18 minutes. What they don't tell you is that is the average to be 'triaged'. I have waited with my daughter tonight over 8 hours just to go back into the ER. It has now been two hours since we've been back and not one nurse or doctor has came into the room. As horrible as this is, there are other patients that waited over 12 hours to be called back and they are also still here waiting to be seen. Children or adults with general illnesses, such as the flu, are fast-tracked and out of here within a couple of hours. True emergency patients sit here for half a day and are ignored. Avoid this hospital if you need serious help. You won't get the assistance you need. " - Lana
