    Sutter Tracy Community Hospital: "I went in last night with respiratory problems and they couldn't get to me right away but they had a lot of sick mostly children waiting to be seen. They were doing the best they could although I ended up leaving I felt staying was not an option. Sick people were throwing up all around me they use to separate the sick and the well but I guess it's gotten so far out of hand with the ????????" - Debra
