Summa Health System Barberton Hospital: "The waiting room was nearly empty and we still had to wait over 3 hours. Then when we got back to where they take your vital signs they tried to say there was no beds left. The doctors there look at you like you're stupid and that you faking everything. And I've never been treated so disrespectful and rude by the little black girl who sits in the front at the registry desk. She has no respect and doesn't know how to treat people the way she had talked to me was disrespectful and she does not know how to work around people and does not need to be around people if she continues to act and talk the way she did." - Cooper
