    Stanford Hospital Stories

Stanford Hospital: "I had a terrible, terrible experience here. I went to the ER, waited there for five hours until 3:00am and was never seen by any doctor. For the last three hours the nurses told me I was next in line and would be seen soon. When I went to check back in at 3:00am, they said I was actually 11th and wouldn't be seen for hours more. When I asked if they could at least validate my parking, they gave me an envelope that was supposed to have a card in it but was completely empty. If you want medical attention, please go anywhere else. After waiting for so long and never seeing a doctor, they sent me a bill for $1500 that I now have to deal with. Stanford's incompetence will only make your life harder." - DK
