St Vincent Hospital: "This ER is the worst! You cannot imagine how those nurses and doctors treated patients. They sit there talking, on the phone or computer, no one cares about all those patients waiting them to be seen. I am a veteran, but they laughed at my pain. They refused to give me water for over 8 hours, they forced me to stand up by myself in the severe pain, and forced me get out of the door without anyone's help. They discharged me without letting my family know and without any notification. It is such a shame to see those people in the uniform and be called nurses/doctors. " - Andy

St Vincent Hospital: "Went into the ER at 130pm on a Tuesday afternoon. Took 2 hours to be seen. It's been 4 hours and still waiting for blood work, x ray, EKG results. What a joke this healthcare system has become." - Michael

St Vincent Hospital: "Horrible. This hospital is a MESS!! My father had surgery there in May 2022. He was in recovery room for 9 HOURs afterwards because they had NO BEDS due to NO STAFF! Now he had to go to the ER because of a possible heart attack. Terrible. Again he had to stay overnight, BUT NO BED!! He was in an ancillary ER room, but halfway through night they kicked him out of it for another patient AND put him in the HALLWAY! and they don't think he will get a bed today. TENET messed up this hospital so bad between layoffs during the pandemic and the nurses strike. The management is to blame and they don't care! It's all about profit for them!!!! It is a DISGRACE!" - Danielle

St Vincent Hospital: "They are horrible, the nurse line doesn't work for nothing. Under COVID no one can go with their spouse and they are horrible with the nurse info line. How do they not give information about a patient if there is a phone line to ask about the patient. During my own visit the nurses don't care to check on me, in pain sitting there they are worried about other issues then the issue that brought me there. No communication on anything. They are just rushing to get paitents in and out. DON'T GO TO ST VINCENT'S THEY ARE HORRIBLE....." - Alice
