St Joseph's Hospital Health Center: "Yesterday morning my wife received a pacemaker, discharged at 4pm same day. Back at ER at 1130pm same day with chest pains and muscle spasms. It's 8am the following morning, No doctor yet. You'll have to wait your turn! I would of thought that it would of been a priority! They did the procedure. There's people here that have been here much longer waiting have the same questions what's taking so long to be seen. DON'T COME HERE!! " - Mike

St Joseph's Hospital Health Center: "I went in Monday, December 27 at 1:00 PM And waited for 15 hours. Once I told the front desk that I was going to go out to check my car this was after 13 hours. As it turned out my cars gas cap was opened in the emergency room parking lot. I was only gone about 5 minutes. Only when they called me again at 15 hours did they tell me they had been looking for me at 13 hours and were sorry they missed me! Because I went out to my car for 5 minutes! I went in with chest pain. I and many people around me nearly passed out from dehydration Neglect and discomfort. The only thing to drink were $3 bottles of water in the vending machine. 1 of the worst experiences of my life. Doctor blew me off and sent me home to boot. Literally he told me next time if I come in and I am sweating and clutching my chest and having trouble breathing I would get seen faster!" - Susan

St Joseph's Hospital Health Center: "This past Tuesday I took someone to the emergency approximately 10am. Our case consisted of severe chest pains not realizing how long wait time would be. I will say the staff did the best they could for the 10 hours we were there. I actually ended up having a group of people who were in the same boat. At approximately 8pm a “treeauze” nurse was kind enough to come out and let everyone know they are doing the best they can do. At that time almost every seat was full not to mention ambulances lining up where people were in the hallways on stretchers. Again I can’t stress more that the entire staff were professional and made people waiting to be comfortable as possible. I never realized how bad the situation was with Covid.....once we were able to go into the emergency they provided a bed to be more comfortable....all the medical crew were scrambling around doing the best they could do! Thank you to everyone in the waiting and emergency rooms." - Catherine

St Joseph's Hospital Health Center: "Worst hospital I've ever been to. My Mom passed away because they stalled on her treatment which could have save her life if they acted in a timely manner." - Mark

St Joseph's Hospital Health Center: "Never again at St Joe's. Worst experience with critical low pressure and low hemocrit with my husband.
Went by ambulance and still was waiting over 18 hours. Then they kicked out all the caregivers and took
away his wheel chair put in a corner and forgotten. I took him out of there. This is after a 12 hour stay
at the ER the previous day. Would not take my dog there!
