St Joseph Mercy Oakland: "The respiratory Department is one of the worst I have ever had take care of me. I contacted the manager( paul ) to address my concerns, He was one of the rudest, demoralizing, people I have ever spoke to. He had no regards for how his patients or staff feel. " - jennifer
