Springfield Regional Medical Center: "Took my Mother to the ER. She had been suffering with high blood pressure and symptoms of possibly Covid and Pneumonia. Tests came back positive for both. After waiting in the waiting room at least an hour before she started shaking. Finally took her back to be checked and after results we waited another 6 hours for a room to be available as they advised she stay. I couldn’t believe the next day they released her to go home just because she didn’t need oxygen. My Sister has now taken her to Kettering for she is still in poor condition and in need of assistance. What a pathetic Hospital! " - Joy
