Southwest General Health Center: "I waited several hours to get this test for the virus. One lady waited so much she vomited and went hone due to the long wait.In finding out that I didn’t have the virus they checked my lungs and he said why you’re tight. Instead of usually they give me some fluids they check my fluid level they check if I have an infection in my blood none of that they did chest exist gave me 3 inhaler treatment no one even back to hear how my lunged sounded inhaler treatment which made me feel horrible, usually they give a steroids i was told theirs lots of sick people here I told her I don’t feel so good myself that’s what I’m here that’s why I’m here.. I was hurting so bad and thr nurses and doctors did not seem to care i just wanted to go home. They sent me home with prednisone.my pain level very severe sitting in those chairs for every only one person asked if my pain level was ok. after giving me discharge paper the nurse kept asking if i had any ? This
Is the second time this our ER done thisAnd I want them to know all these nurses and doctors that this appeared extremely ,short and to not care about me only the patients around me.when I go I expect some respect. I can’t help it that I can’t sit for eight hours while to get them just to tell me I don’t have Covid and put me on three inhalerWhich made me really shaky is 4o’clock in the morning and I’ve been shaking since I got out of the ER and I told him don’t give me three it makes me too shaky it was an awful experience they didn’t care I was in pain I was told well there’s other people When I asked since I have been just sitting there for an hour since they give me their breathing treatment well I was told that there’s other people here were sick and I told her I am no because I’m sick myselfMy back was excruciatingly painful I can even walk swing so the sit in the chair for four hours or who is excruciating never won one person asked me if I was in pain rest they didn’t care how I walked and I I know I looked horrible walking like that but I will I just need to go in and see
Whymy breathing was so bad told the nurse why I Would like a summons assistance the nurses and doctors I don’t know if you have something there in my chart but you have been real good for the last two times I can went there I don’t know what’s wrong and why you’re starting to do this well I I have to voice my concerns because I am up really upset that doctor , I am quite concerned with the staff that’s Southwest and I really hurt how they treated me all I wanted to know was if I had the virus and I’m still sitting here sick because then we give me a treatment of the steroids they usually do the IV so the person feels betterIt would be nice . I believe after the breathing trying to make sure that someone should come in and check if my lungs are OK usually they do that now I’m sitting here at 4o’clock with my lungs feeling so badi. your doctors and nurses stop judging other people and help everybody who needs goes to the emergency room. It’s very condescending For nurses and doctors to call clients honey everybody has a name to be treated like this and then we called honey on top of it makes one very very upset I don’t even wanna write this but I have to put my view here" - Angelica
