Sky Ridge Medical Center: "I am a Kaiser patient and Sky Ridge emergency room is the closest place for me to go to. Never had to go to an emergency room before and I am 71 yrs. old. Would NEVER go back to Sky Ridge or recommend it to anyone. Took 1 1/2 hrs. before I got any help.Had very severe pain in my stomach area. Tried to get help earlier but was ignored. When I was finally seen asked for pain medication ASAP but didn't receive anything till after 15-20 min. Sky Ridge did a variety of tests, never came up with a diagnosis. Sent me home at 10:00 p.m. without any additional pain medication. Started having very severe pain by 2:00 a.m. on Nov. 2. Decided to go to the emergency room at Swedish hospital, was helped immediately. Diagnosed right away with gall bladder stones and was operated on at 9:00 a.m. on 11/2, received excellent care. Swedish provided a free uber ride home on 11/3 since I had no transportation. Would never recommend Sky Ridge emergency room to anyone who has Kaiser Insurance. Found out the average wait time at Sky Ridge emergency is 2 hrs. Pain level with gall stones is horrible, like giving child birth with no medication." - Anne

Sky Ridge Medical Center: "I was in ER on Christmas Day, around 2200. Dr. Ashley took immediate care of me, and throughout my duration while there. She was outstanding, considerate, listened to everything I had to say. I had back pain like I had never experienced since labor. She was wonderful, one with the entire staff. " - Tracy

Sky Ridge Medical Center: "Terrible er and hospital. Bluesky neurology is incapable and dangerous. Their treatment has created long term medical conditions. Er doctors sends you home because they will not do anything more for you. Not because they can't, but because they won't. This hospital is they absolute worst when it comes to pain management." - Carl
