Ronald Reagan Ucla Medical Center: "Bob arrived at the Reagan Emergency Room at 9am and left at 5pm. We were grateful that the entire time the staff were dealing with hundreds of walk ins their thoughtful care of Bob was appreciated. The doctors and nurses listened to Bob's issue that brought him into the emergency room and ordered tests and monitored him carefully during the entire 8 hours. Bob left feeling a great deal of relief from the issue that he walked in with. The hundreds of people who entered the ER during the 8 hours that we were there were treated with the same thoughtful care that Bob received. These dedicated doctors, nurses and staff deserve our respect for the difficult job that they face everyday in the ER with professionalism and competency. Thank you!" - Robert

Ronald Reagan Ucla Medical Center: "UCLA emergency is the worst ER that I’ve ever been too. Filthy, nurses attitude were horrible. The wait time was over 3 hours. And I watched patients sitting in wheelchairs sobbing for hour from pain . And others vomiting nonstop into cans right among other people. Disgusting….I would never come here again.

Ronald Reagan Ucla Medical Center: "2/28 Ucla ER. l had a liver transplant went to ER for pain in that area. waited 3hr to be seen. had ultrasound quickly. taken to a room(emergency room) labs drawn. waited 3.5hrs more. I checked my chart labs & ultrasound results in. No MD came in to go over anything. Due to take anti-rejection med @9, drs messaged by nurse. no response. have to wait for dr to see if I will stay over. No one came…..left AMA as it could be another 3+hrs to know. so I could be told to go home @ midnight. I live 1.5hrs from ER.
if someone had come in and said, we are waiting for..whatever. just let me know what was going on. I would have stayed. Will not go back terrible treatment, i’ll stick to local ER even if it is not UCLA affiliated."

Ronald Reagan Ucla Medical Center: "Worse hozpital ever. Put me in several rooms with no O2 or emergency apparatus including securitybguards watch room. Where fight from psyche patient was about to break out.
Put my life in danger. They do not have rooms you sit in hall for hours I was in ER halls 2 days..no room they put me in makeshift big room with five other patients in there..risking me for potentially contracting disease. One bathroom only. Then they keep asking you to be im shared room! Nuts with all disease going around. I did share room person next too me total care kept me awake entire time...no sleep. Then i requested to go in private room they gave it to a single white person. Now I will not let it go. Rude. They have gone down in quality. Why dont they just build new ER

    6 hours in ER waiting.
    2 days in hallways
2 days in a hall by elevators make shift room.
Offered a room at discharge.no good people there they do not care they better not charge me for private ir semi private room it better be a bed..no bathroom looked like warzone
    They even ignore fire alarms"
