Presbyterian Hospital: "The worst hospital. Staff in the ER doesnt know how to triage, people with serious conditions wait well over 4 hours before being seen. People with debillitating pain are overlooked as well as children. The staff in the ER is completely incompetent. Not to mention yhe antiquated ER. No point of care testing in the ER to speed up payient care and the security team is so unprofessional talking internal business loud where patients can hear. Go to Lovelace. This is not the hospital to entrust your life or family members to. I had to listen to patients scream and moan in pain while being overlooked and not cared about. Whats the purpose of triage?" - Darrin

Presbyterian Hospital: "inpatient pharmacy- extremely pleasant, however the rude, unwelcoming staff at Tricore left a bad taste in my mouth for the entire Presbyterian hospital in albuquerque nm. looked right at us and didn't even acknowledge us. several minutes pass, and she barks a demand for us to sit down. Cancer doctor, Finklestein also has absolutely no patience and terrible bedside manner. doesn't even have time to answer questions, rolls her eyes at her patience when they ask. and i'm talking about a patient with Stage IVB Cervical Cancer. Terrible care. No Thank you, don't need that attitude, switching hospitals and Physicians." - laura
