Paradise Valley Hospital: "Visited the ER this prior Sunday late afternoon for a hand injury. 2 persons in wait room when I arrived; 1 leaving shortly thereafter. I was acknowledged by reception person immediately upon entering the ER whereupon I was asked for reason coming into ER and for my ID/insurance. I was seen by nurse within 10 minutes. Seen by PA Dana within 20!minutes. Had my hand cleaned out, gash glued, tetanus shot, dose antibiotics, script called in for follow up antibiotics, care instructions oral and written provided and discharged within the hour. Excellence from reception to nurse and Emergency PA Dana. " - MH

Paradise Valley Hospital: "My last experience at this hospital in May 2017 was so terrible that I will never seek service from this facility again. I went in for severe back pain where I could not walk. I entered in a wheelchair and left in one. They did not complete any scans or x-rays. Totally useless? and a waste of my time." - A

Paradise Valley Hospital: "I went in for a broken tooth and swollen cheek! I went in at 3am because my tooth woke me up and dragged me to the pv ER, unfortunately when I was there I saw a Jason wang who decided I needed a Toradol shot which is used for back pain and some naproxen which again has nothing to do with teeth when I responded with that knowledge he got very angry and explained how he is the top doctor and I need to listen so I immediately got my discharge papers and went to a banner hospital which they took care of my pain and gave me an antibiotic for the infection unlike Jason wang who wanted to experiment on me with back medication be careful of Jason wang!" - Jason
