Palmetto General Hospital Stories

Palmetto General Hospital: "My experience was horrible horrible, never ever again I will go to this hospital. I went there with a pain in my back, not sure what it was, they gave me a "room" being there for 8 hours and no one gave me medications for my pain, a paramedic came and got my blood test after 3 hours. My nurse was a mess, I asked for water, never came with water for me, I asked for medication, never gave me anything for the pain, I asked 5 times for him to take the needle out from my vain because my arm was hurting, and he never pay attention to me, at the point that I had to take the needle out of my vain by myself. I am a nurse at a private clinic and I never treat my patients like this. Sincerely I will never go again to this hospital. Finally after 8 hours I decided to leave the hospital because the pain got better after so much hours there without any medication, so I took the needle out of the vein and got my stuff and go. The nurse saw me and didn't told me a single word. I have no words to explain how bad my experience was at this place. " - Claudia
