Palestine Regional Medical Center: "My 10 year old son and his 1 year old brother both were running fevers of over 104, my oldest was 104.9!!! They gave each of them Tylenol for their fevers and did a swab determining they have the flu. I asked for them to still be seen so they can be prescribed tamiflu and it is now 2:45am and we're still waiting to be seen. All we need is for them to write the friggin prescription, and we can take the boys home. We have been here since 10:15pm. Next time we will be driving to Tyler, 100% sure we would all be at home an asleep right now with tamiflu in hand even with the 2 hours of driving it would entail. " - Jared

Palestine Regional Medical Center: "Went in to have 3 moles removed from back of neck. Insurance declined so I paid cash up front. Spent about 6 hours and left for home. No real complaints about staff. 4 months later getting calls from collection agency for 3 times more money than I paid up front. Never got a bill from hosp. Hospital refuses to send itemized bill, will not discuss because collections has it. Collections won't discuss until I provide them with confidential info over the phone. Just over $10,000.00 to remove 3 moles? NOT HAPPENING!" - John
