Northwest Hospital Center: "Came in 2p on 12/25/21 it is now 3:30am 12/26/21 and I have still not been seen and now charged for 4 oxygen tanks. Utterly ridiculous. Haven’t even had blood drawn. " - Phaedra

Northwest Hospital Center: "Patient arrived in extreme abdominal pain at 4:00pm! Patient was registered at 4:23pm. Patient’s vitals taken at 5:15pm. Patient informed glucose levels were high (362). Patient promised fluids … no fluids 3 hours later! No fluids 4 hours later. Fluids arrived after complaining at 10:15pm. Patient had an IV placed at 5:15pm blood was drawn and placed in vials … hour later Patient informed that someone forgot to label vials so Patient had to have her blood drawn again. Unacceptable! By the way … the fluid bag has been empty for 1 hour and it is now 12:49am we are still here and has not been seen for the extreme abdominal pain! #Unacceptable" - Patrice
