North Shore University Hospital: "I took my daughter to the ER late night Sunday. She had second-degree burns in her hand and was in extreme pain. We waited in the waiting room for over four hours and no doctor show up only nurses a couple of time chicken pressure. We ended up leaving and I had to search for information online about how to treat my daughter at home. Saw nurses chatting all the time but claimed that there was no room’s available for the doctor to see my daughter. I never had a chance to even talk to a doctor. I’m sick and legal advice." - Dr.
