Mercy Hospital Anderson: "On August 18th, 2022 my dad was rushed to the hospital for chest pains. He had just turned 91 on the 18th. When I got to the hospital they wouldnt let me see my dad and the waiting room was jammed packed. Some people were throwing up in bags, some had iv's. They gave me a number to call to see how my dad was, i called and was told it would be a couple hours till any results would come back. called my mom and told her i was coming to her house no sense waiting in a packed waiting room. By the time i got to her house my dad had borrowed a phone to call the house. They had put my dad in the waitinhg room for 4 hours whom had every indication he was having a heartache.My sister sat with him in the waiting room sitting in a hard wheel chair throwinhg up, diarhea,, chest pains. begging for help. Nurse came out telling him he was not having a heart attach took him back for blood, and yelled at my dad so the whole waiting room could hear it. they brought him back to the waiting room. to sit for awhile then called him back like he needed stitches. by the time they ended up doing something for my dad it was basically too late, his kidneys had started to break down and his chest pains where worse. They told my sister that they were going to put him in a room (this was at 1:00am) he had been there for 7 hours with nobody helping him. My sister said since they were going to put him in a room she would go home and see him the next day. My mom received a call at 1:10 am and was told he died. And no attorney will take our case. They were negligent, rude, and basically killed my dad. but because he was 91 he was passed the life exceptancy of an average man. Now we are broken my mom is lost and we are doing the best we can to take care of her. She refuses to leave her house and someone has to be with her. I called the patient relations on them and recieved news that yes what happenerd to him was not right. (thanks for calling and have a good day)" - Terri

Mercy Hospital Anderson: "If you value your life dont come here. Anderson mercy has the rudest nursing staff i have ever seen. They are the most uncaring,rude,nasty turned nurses i have ever met. The ER NURSES are the worst, they treat you like cattle at an auction. I will never come back." - Jill

Mercy Hospital Anderson: "Don't go to this ER if you can avoid it in any way. The worst uncaring staff and you'll be lucky if you survive the encounter. We drove the 20 miles to Bethesda North a few times after dealing with Mercy Anderson ER and would recommend you do the same. Nice facilities but totally uncaring people." - Bill

Mercy Hospital Anderson: "The ER sent my Dad home after I questioned them 2 times while he was having a stroke. He was in their hospital 3 days prior with a TIA and they sent him home with additional BP meds. His life was changed forever due to ER doctor's negligence. She should have to pay.
