Mercy Health Partners, Mercy Campus: "I was at ER on 3/20/22 for tachycardia and breathing issues. I was in and out in three hrs. Once I was in a bed I didn't have a blood pressure cuff put on me, no CO2 sensor, wasn't offered a call button/tv remote, and wasn't offered a sheet or blanket until shortly before I was released. A head nurse finally noticed these omissions and hooked me up. Just seems like a patient with breathing and heart problems would have been fully wired up to sensor their vitals right away. Being busy wasn't an excuse, as there was hardly anyone in there.Very disappointing! I've been hearing lots of rumbles to stay clear of your hospital and I'm starting to see why. Hopefully this will be a helpful bit of info to do better in the future. " - Michael
