Menifee Valley Medical Center: "I checked into the e.r because I was having trouble breathing.the nurse walked us to a room and found another nurse sleeping on a patient bed.which I thought that was wierd.we stayed about 5 hours and then they said I was being discharged and diagnosed me with congestive heart failure.I told them I still couldn't breath and I needed additional medical help.the nurse said good luck and merry Christmas then discharged me.today I went to loma linda and they tell me that my condition is extremely life treating and I should've never been discharged." - Steven

Menifee Valley Medical Center: "Brought my mother in for bleeding, 4 hrs later still waiting in the lobby. Another lady screaming in pain and another laughing deliriously. Place appears empty. No updates to anyone.Uggg!" - Maria

PITAFUL, The Ppl that check you in the old lady nurse, doing IV’s you guy’s need to train better, or hire a new person who’s ever over the nurses, it should be more than about a check..If you’ve lost your passion you need to QUIT..It’s a shame, was in ER 1/8/2020 and 3 out of 4 of The workers were very unprofessional..I can truly say Valley has went down, to the 10th degree.. The head Ppl need to come out the office & just sit back and watch." - Mrs
