Medstar Union Memorial Hospital: "Went in 9/1, retina had detached from right eye. I was seen in about 15 mins. Once the attending physician confirmed that it was a detached retina he made every effort to get me to a opthalmologist that might. Medstar did not have one on call but they found one at Sinai. Dr. Sasser at Medstar was extremely professional and kind as was all staff. They handled my concern with the care it warranted and got me to the excellent Dr. Tanaka and Dr. Kunjukunju at Sinai. I had surgery the next morning and my eyesight saved. I have nothing but good things to say about Medstar and Sinai." - Frances

Medstar Union Memorial Hospital: "I was in excruciating pain I arrived at the ER at 7:30 didn’t see a doctor until 9:45 that’s unacceptable on all levels I wouldn’t treat A DOG that way and the doctor had the audacity to tell me he just arrived. BS tell it to someone that doesn’t know any better. I’m done I can’t imagine how it feels to treat someone with so little empathy pain is no JOKE. If there is a next time I’ll go somewhere else." - Valerie
