Medical City Dallas Hospital: " 5:30 wait time...Had CT scan that took 1 minute. Total time spent 5:30 hours in the emergency waiting room. Saw a doctor for 5 minutes. Reception nurse had bad attitude probably from overworking. Doctor waited for 1:30 hours after my test to give me a result with 4 other patients at the same time. Also the result given were not accurate." - Zeke

Medical City Dallas Hospital: "The tech took my mother to have an MRI done. Tech brought her back to her room in a wheelchair without her oxygen, foaming at the mouth, eyes rolled into her head. Then left her there and walked away. Had to run to get a nurse. My mother code blue, died in the wheelchair. The nurses rushed to revive her realizing thier mistakes. My mother ended up in ICU because of the neglect. They did not feed her, pumped her with tons of medication. They sedated her, then she died. Now I'm making funeral arrangements for something that could have been prevented. This hospital do not care about certain types of people. God sees all and knows all. " - K

Medical City Dallas Hospital: "Poor communication and no one wants to listen. My son was at denton er due to neck injuries from playing d1 football game against unt. Needed mri and denton did not have a mri machine big enough. Had to deal with the cluster mess from that er being there 8 hours. Was told by Dallas med city they had a big machine available to have mri done and they can take him. While ambulance was in route, they called 3 times and each time they have no idea we coming in. Was told we only there to use mri machine as son was already seen by a dr in Denton. Rice dr and denton er dr already seen him. Got to er was told mri was closed and dont know when they will have technician come in. Son will get admitted until morning when they open up. Basically communication between both hospital is poor and unprofessional. Kept telling the dam dr and staff we are not there to be seen by a physician only to get mri. No one wants to listen. Spent 12 hours there. Poor communication when changing shifts. Next crew did not know what the hell is going on. Between 2 hospital son, rice medic and us already spent over 24 hours in er. We had to get into their face to get answers and get mri done. Son is still in football pants no food or drink for over 24 hours. Trued to get son to release to methodist hospital to get treatments and that was a dam joke to get him diacharged. Mri they did came back blurry and told them enough just get paperwork and disk so we can go to a hospital that is more competent and can do mri. American medical is a joke. Take your protocols and policy and shove it up your asses if you can't even follow your own policy. Very unexceptable treatment from this hospital. Work on getting communication better and do you dam jobs!!!!your dam bills is getting paid in full. Bigger hospital and small hospital then this hospital does a way better job then denton er and Dallas mid city hospital. Its all about being money hungry. Workers need better training and attitudes. I worked in hospitals. Seen lazy incompetent medical personnel. Higher up, its about quality and not just a body who does not care to fill up positions. 3rd world country does better with communication. America is so screwed when it comes to medical. " - Nora
