Mclaren Macomb Stories

Oct 28, 2022, 5:08 PM
Mclaren Macomb: "Speaking to patients out in the waiting room is a HIPPA violation. Patients are not asked if it's ok to discuss test results in front of a full waiting room. The doctors come out call the patient and discuss their symptoms medical history and test results. Being in the medical field for 10+years I am appalled. Never have I seen such blatant disrespect for patient privacy. My parent came in with severe chest pain disoriented and numbness in her left extremity and has been sitting in the waiting room for 2+hours. " - Cooper
