Massachusetts General Hospital: "After being told there were 5 patients ahead of me, I waited an hour to discover there were now 8. Frustrating that I was being bumped down the list, I was allowed a bed for 20 mins and then put in the CDU where I had an uncomfortable chair, and very little check ups. I had a panic response to the medicine and had a hard. Time breathing and had to run down the hall for help because no one was around or coming " - Daniel

Massachusetts General Hospital: "Vimi one of the nurses at the emergency room was super rude. Her attitude was not needed and made us wait longer then we had too. She was rude to other patients as well. My mother asked her simple questions and she would yell at her telling her that it’s an emergency room and everything even though we were really understanding overall horrible service to those who are sick super rude" - Earl

Massachusetts General Hospital: "Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. This is the second time this month I ended up in the ER. The 1st I arrived with an ambulance and after the initial registration was left in pain for 4:30 hrs waiting before I decided to walk out…. I could have stayed home rather than a uncomfortable chair.
The second time I was transferred for a different ER and the same story. I was left for three hours waiting. It’s 11:55 PM and I don’t see the point of waiting "
