Elliot Hospital: "I cannot stress enough how much I think patients and their families should decline to be in the care of Dr. Zheng. She is arrogant, dismissive, rude, and stated that she does not talk to patient’s families and/or their spouses as part of her practice.
My mother is in the ICU with cardiac issues, and we are moving her as soon as we can!"

Concord Hospital: "Worst ER ever. Starting with the rudest, uncaring staff from the second we arrived on 6/9/23. Disgustingly filthy. Arrived with my husband at 12:39 pm and we were there until we finally just said we were leaving just prior to 8pm. He had just had heart surgery 6/6/23 at Concord Hospital and was discharged on 6/8/23.
He was brought in with issues that were quite frightening to him, 2 being dizzy and lethargic. At the front desk upon entering the ?rn checking him in told him he couldn't sit in the chair at the desk, that he needed to stand and answer questions. He said he was Dizzy. Her response in a nasty tone was"you still need to answer questions" her response made no sense as he wasn't refusing to answer questions, he just needed to sit so he didn't faint. It got worse from there. Your administration should be embarrassed by the ER care you give and the filthy condition. Urine on the floors of bathrooms. This was the same urine that had been there since we got there. My husband asked one of the nurses if there was a cleaner one he could use and her response was "yes, the one at your house" then she laughed and acknowledge that they weren't clean. These were only few of the highlights of his visit. The staff seemed to hate it there and were taking it out on the patients. Sad part you'll still get paid for such awful care."

Concord Hospital: "I was left languishing in excruciating pain and vomiting bile in the ER waiting room for nearly 7 hours before being seen and treated. Doctors and nurses were excellent but I don't know what was going on with triage. Maybe they thought I just had a "tummy ache" or something, but because of their inability to prioritize appropriately, I was unable to get the procedure I needed the following day which had been scheduled for months, and I have been left in constant pain for the past 3 days. Had they listened and understood the severity of the situation, my body likely would not have sustained this lasting damage, which has prevented me from functioning in not only normal, everyday activities but also my job, school, and other responsibilities. This type of treatment of people who are in true emergency, life-threatening situations is unacceptable and needs to be reviewed. If there are no beds, then treat people in the hallway, there is no excuse for leaving people in life-threatening situations to sit in a waiting room." - Beth
