Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg: "Horribly long wait times. Triage is a joke. I sat in waiting room for 5 hours bleeding from my foot on the floor with nobody cleaning it up or giving me a bandage. " - Patient

Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg: "I went to the ER at muhlenberg to be treated for severe lower back in lower abdomen pain. I was there for 2 hours and no one had tended to me except for to ask for urine sample after I had use the bathroom. The Room that I was put into Had blood on the floor and on the bed. I had to request at least 3 × 2 have someone to clean up the area. After waiting for so long without being attended to, I dressed and left the ER In hopes to go somewhere else to be attended to . I was very disappointed in the lack of care. I understand that this is a time when there are many people in ER, but I do expect to be addressed more than just having to change into my gown" - Luz
