Laughlin Memorial Hospital: "I had the worst experience with Jennifer Woodard. She spoke with me for 30 secs while I was having an extremely painful gallbladder attack. I couldn't understand why nothing could be done and was trying to let her know that I had gallstones. She told me I was being rude and could leave as she just walked away. I went home in just as much pain as I came in. Jennifer woodard needs some compassion training to something. Terrible." - Shawana

Laughlin Memorial Hospital: "Unfortunately I had to take my dad to the ER in Greeneville at Laughlin very bad experience. Although it was not a life threatening emergency and I was in the emergency room as I was told by Jennifer Woodard it was Easter weekend and I would have to wait on a case worker. At this time she informed me that it wasn’t going to work out the way I wanted ! I waited at the ER from around 12:30 until 6 ish. I was yelled at by Jennifer Woodard that my case wasn’t an Emergency that my dad getting his antibiotics was not a real emergency! This is the worst experience I have ever had from a person that call themselves or has the title of being a doctor. No Compassion! I had left a skilled nursing facility due to no one caring for my dad I was trying to get him into another facility! Reasons I left the other was due to urine being spilt in the room and no one checking on him for hours! He is on an antibiotic drip which needs to be administered by professionals. I wasn’t a real emergency but I was a paying customer and a reasonable wait time would have been fine! I think she just did this to delay him getting to the other facility! If there is a next time where I need an Emergency Room it will not be in Greeneville with Jennifer Woodard!" - Becky

Laughlin Memorial Hospital: "I had to take my 19 year old son into the ER on October 15th. He was violently shaking and couldn't breath. As soon as I walked him into those doors they were responding to us. Theu took him back immediately and started treatment. my son has crohns disease and this was the cause for the visit. Turns out he was going into septic shock and had a fever of 107. The doctor and nurses on shit that night saved my sons life and I will forever be grateful for their amazing efforts on this night. I can't say one bad thing cause if not for the staff on this night I would have lost my son. I will forever be thankful..." - Brandy
