Lakeview Regional Medical Center: "I never had a bad experience at Lakeview Regional Medical center until today while in the ER after a MVA. If I could rate my experience it would be a 1 because that’s exactly what it was! The ER doctor J.Lawrence was beyond rude and unprofessional. She suggested otc Tylenol and ibuprofen for what she dx me with a muscle strain! When I asked her has she ever been in a MVA and how did she feel the day after? She replied you’ve been discharged and I’m not answering anymore questions and walked out! Why walk out and not answer a simple question because she knew damn well Tylenol doesn’t work and neither will ibuprofen for the pain me or my daughter feel and the pain we will feel for the next couple of days! But she gone bill me for services and she didnt do Anything! Hell I have Tylenol and ibuprofen at home so if that would have worked why would I be in the ER!! Hell I didn’t ask her to prescribe a narcotics I asked her to at least give us a prescription for muscle relaxer! She was very rude unprofessional for walking out and she has a bad attitude! While the nurses were great just sorry they have to work with someone like her!!!!! I don’t really care for St. Tammany but I guarantee I won’t be coming back to Lakeview ER!!! We were in and out not one person asked for our pain level but offered us Tylenol and all she (Lawrence) asked was where our pain was! Ordered X-rays and said we were good to go! While talking to her about the muscle relaxer I told her I have pain in my neck my shoulders and my mid back area and in both of my arms down to my elbow! She didn’t care or show concern about the pain I described! " - Charlotte
