Kent County Memorial Hospital: "Taken to ER at 1:00am with head and neck pain that was worse while lying down. Waited in waiting room for two hours. Some people in the waiting room had been there since 8:00pm. One of them had a broken foot and had not been brought in to a room.
Decided to take my chances leaving. These wait times are going to get someone killed. " - Robert
