John C Lincoln North Mountain Hospital: "We went to the ER at the Dunlap campus of JC Lincoln around 9 AM on Tuesday 8/24 and my husband was seen immediately. There was nobody in the main check-in area waiting and he was wheeled into a private ER room immediately because we were concerned about a stroke, which it turns out he had suffered. The staff and doctors were awesome; before noon he was in a private ICU room." - Ruth

John C Lincoln North Mountain Hospital: "This was one of the worst experiences ever. We arrived at approx 10a with shortness of breathe, chest pain, vomiting , not eat or drink for 3 daysand 103 fever. Spent 2 hours in the waiting area. When we got to the hospital bed spent about another hour without being seen. They didn't treat or help with breathing. Took X-rays and then there is no answers. Dr. Rodriguez NOT I won't go to another doctor with that last name He Sends us home at about 8p with a pain med and tami flu. But if he is no able to eat or drink then how can he take meds? So his breathing gets worse, fever continues after being sent home can eat drink or take meds. The next morning back at the hospital worse than it was when we went to John c Lincoln. But guess what? We went to Phoenix baptist hospital and what a difference in the treatment. Like night and day. Phx baptist from the triage lady dulce to the nurse lady jealously. They ROCK!!!!! So professional and caring. They checked on things that nobody at the other hospital even cared about. Lesson learned just because a hospital is close to you don't mean it's any good. I will take my chances in the future to drive a further distance for care. " - Lavitta

John C Lincoln North Mountain Hospital: "On February 23. My sister took me to the ER JCL North. I have taken several of my friends and family member to the ER. This was the worst visit I had ever had. I had gone to Walgreens health center on 50th something and Bell Rd. I had Strep Throat. That PA did not believe I had it until he ran the test and it showed Rapid Strip. the meds he gave me stop the strip. But he could not give me a cough syrup strong enough to stop the cough. I had to go to the ER. I took my paper work and Tried to talk with the DR. V. Alimov. She was not about listening to what I had to say. To make a long story short she came in the room for exactly 2 minutes. left never to return again. She gave me the same meds the PA gave me that did not work for the cough. By this time I had Pneumonia. I did not realize she gave me the same cough syrup until I went to fill it on my way home this is when I realize NUMB NUMB gave me what was not working and that is why I had to go to the ER in the first place. I could not stop the coughing I was in great pain for the coughing was the reason I had Pneumonia after the strep. That Monday I got an appointment with my Dr. Got the cough syrup I needed. With Dr's like V Alimov She gives the JCL an very unprofessional experience. I am certainly happy she was not my first experience with JCL. I would never return and I would tell everyone not to go there." - V,I,
