Jeanes Hospital: "why are they not seperating the covid patients from other? I know if I had it i would not want that on my conscience....that I gave it to someone's' unwittingly..... P.S. I had a block in my bronchus and they said my lungs were clear? they were anything but..and on top of that I had a bleach incident that burnt my face and lungs... The blockage was already irritated and when the bleach gas hit it.. it trapped the gas in my bronchus aka which connects to my lungs... and Xray supposedly couldnt see it... they never showed me.. which irritated me also A CT Scan would definitely not see it for the fact it was not a blood flow issue... it was an air issue.... Welp today on 12/9/22 @ 1:30 am. I got the blockage out.. 2 plus hours of hacking and force coughing got the blockage out.. now... what I was afraid of came true. The bronchus did hold gas from the bleach accident... but this time mucus has been blended together making it back into a psuedo liquid....It burns pretty bad and I am having difficulty getting it out because it is not viscusy at all.. so, It pops up when I cough but it immediately drops back to where it was originally. which is irritating the airways.... But the wait to the ER IS TOO LONG AND I do NOT Want Covid again.. I tried to go up there and it was completely packed with covid patients. The Security Has Nerves of Steel.. with the door continously opening and shutting moving the would be infected air... and also they have to touch everyone coming in which is a risk to everyon" - Willam

Jeanes Hospital: "My nephew has been sitting in a er room for 6 hours with an open wound on his face and no medical care. I called to ask why they have not even cleaned the wound in 6 hours and the er nurse on the phone got extremely beligerante and unprofessional with me. She wouldn’t tell me her name, she got personally insulting towards me and my nephew, and she hung up on me. Before I got the chance to even ask a question she immediately began talking over me and refused to even let me speak. She said I was “calling her phone” and I said it’s not your phone, I called the hospital er. Not sure why someone, especially a nurse would treat another person in a traumatic situation with such disrespect, it’s unbelievable. I thought Jeans was a good hospital but I was wrong. " - Rebecca

Jeanes Hospital: "Best, most professional, attentive, thorough care at 2am. My RN Luk and the ER Doctor were amazing. Been coming here for 20 years and this newer staff is just as solid as when I started coming here." - Michael

Jeanes Hospital: "I went to Jeanes Hospital ER after having pain in my left arm while running. They took my vitals right away and I only waited a few minutes before receiving my first EKG. After that I was put in a room and hooked up to monitors for observation. They tested my blood twice, did another EKG and also a chest Xray. Luckily they didn't find anything wrong with my heart. I am writing this review because I was very impressed with the level of care that I received from administration, the nurses, the doctor and everyone there that I came into contact with. So many people only write negative reviews so I wanted to be sure to share my positive experience. This hospital has really stepped up its game. I truly felt like everyone cared about me and my health. Thank you to the ER staff at Jeanes! " - Heather
