Jackson Memorial Hospital: "I was in a car accident recently where one of my friends passed I was taken to this hospital via ambulance. When I tell you this is the worst hospital in Miami, I mean it, it is the worst hospital in Miami, they’re understaffed and overworked. You have a better chance driving 30 mins to a better hospital as the wait time for this hospital is so extreme that you might die in the lobby. They’re very rude, and they know they’re the worst so they act accordingly. " - Alexandra

Jackson Memorial Hospital: "I went to jackson memorial hospital. It was my worse experience ever in a emergency room. The staff is horrible waiting time was all day. Staff just waiting and talking. I will never return here again. Having a good insurance. Supposedly they have the best doctors and that is why l came. Never again. " - Norma
