O U Medical Center: "My comment is ou medical center doesn't do very well on the phone listening to the recording like a waste of time, talking about the operators they either can't spell or they can't hear but they can hang up on the person trying to get information on a patient sitting in the er waiting for a room for over 12hrs what service I imagine they expect to be paid for it sitting in the emergency room waiting for the room, I've seen enough to make myself never ever be taken to ou medical center I've got better opinions then a failing business " - Edward

Saint Francis Hospital: "This hospital is never a 2 hr 40 min wait. It's more like 10-12 hours. They give you an IV and fluids and send you back out in the waiting area with it.. it's an all day thing, no matter how small or big your emergency is. If you're sick, like coughing, sore throat.. go to the urgent care and leave the ER to true emergencies. " - Jennifer
