Hurley Medical Center: "I've been here 6 hours. In a room with two chairs and a sink. I've been curled on the floor in a ball for the lot of this time. I have covid and I am not allowed to leave the room. In this time not one person has checked on me, moved me and the pediatrics down the hall has refused to acknowledge my existence because I'm not pediatrics. This includes refusing to get me a hat so I can pee in a cup due to a handicap. Refusing to get me a cup of water because I'm not a child. I've felt worse here than I did at home. And at this point I would rather be at home because at least there's common human decency there. " - Shaeanne

Hurley Medical Center: "Brought my daughter in to see the emergency dentist been over an hour and still waiting while they have parents who brought their kids in for emergency lead testing. The staff is poorly trained with what is an actual emergency and what isn't. My daughter is crying in pain and they didn't offer anything for her instead sitting In a waiting room with people faking Ill for lead testing and actual sick kids who have the flu or a cold, as one parent told me her kids don't have a doctor something happens they just come to the er" - Heather
