Greater Baltimore Medical Center: "I came in at 7 and it’s almost 10 pm and there’s more than 20 people in front of me. The front desk medical techs are very unprofessional with the exception of one white girl. They tell people I don’t know and play vulgar music while people are in pain. THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING HERE. I’m in pain and nothing positive but the guys that took my blood. They were great." - Sylvia

Greater Baltimore Medical Center: "This hospital has the worse customer service of any there ones in area. The Rn's make little smart remarks about patients and pass judgement. If anyone needs compassion and proper care keep driving it's not there. First you will sit in the ER for hours and then you will have to deal with disrespectful staff that want you to be at their Mercy for any care. What happened to patients come first and they need to care like it's your own family. When you are told that you can come back to ER later if you still feel bad when your being discharged feeling worse that when you got here , you know it's time for a overhaul of the place or make them be patients for a while to see how it feels .Leaving with Kidney issues unresolved and in serious pain , oh yeah they wanted to give me all types of pain killers. No thanks won t be another number on the long list of people they got addicted to prescription drugs." - Sasha

I mean really, you won't even provide water unless purchasing it for $175 a bottle? People waiting in pain for 5 hrs.... unexceptable!
