Good Samaritan Hospital: "I have been waiting for 6.50 hrs, no communication with any patient in the waiting room. If you ask you get a glare and they say we are busy. I understand being busy but who ever runs this department should be fired for lack of training of his or hers employees. You can tell there is a lack of care, like I am just here to do my job, i do not have time for any patients.
Please look into this and fire the correct person " - Tracie

Good Samaritan Hospital: "The wait time is a bullshit lie. Every time I’ve been here in the last year (4 times) I’ve waited 4+ hours. This time I’m currently sitting in the waiting area and I’ve been here for 3 already. Still waiting and they are taking people before me so I asked if they called my name and the nurse said they have not. " - Rashelle

Good Samaritan Hospital: "Waited for 5 hours with my daughter who was in horrible pain and her heart rate was very high. Ended up leaving after realizing that we could be there for 10 hrs such a joke. Do better!! It's not really a emergency room if you go for an emergency and wait 10 hrs." - Wells
