Florida Hospital Zephyrhills: "Worst Hospital and experience I ever had. Decided to leave after arriving at 4 am, no one was at the ER. Man sitting at the desk at ER named Ricky, left outside to escort a coworker to the car. At 7 am my daughter have not received any services. They came to get her have an x ray but could not perform since UA or any blood sample were not done. My daughter had sx of URI. Was seen 3 days ago at UC under treatment with no improvement. Condition got worse so we decided to go to ER. Expecting to receive services that were never provided in the 3 hrs of waiting. " - Jackie

Florida Hospital Zephyrhills: "1/4/2022 I took my daughter who was in severe pain into the ER. She was assessed and returned to the waiting room where she waited over 7 hours in pain! 7 HOURS! If your in need urgent care DO NOT go to this hospital! 7 HOURS!" - Joanne

Florida Hospital Zephyrhills: "I had a heart attack in 2018. I was extremely abused in this hospital. From saline solution being rammed into my arm, call button hid behind my bed, doctor ignoring me, no food or water, no working phone and much, much more horrors. Complete malpractice, do not end up in this hospital. They need to be investigated! " - Patricia

Florida Hospital Zephyrhills: "Got seen right away. Nurse that I had he was excellent period best one I ever had. Had to have scans done. Took me back right away. I was in a lot of pain. They gave me something for the pain right away that helped. Would recommend Hospital would go back again" - marie
