Erlanger Medical Center: "I arrived at Erlanger ER and within an hour was seen, admitted, and scheduled for surgery. All of my nurses and doctors were very knowledgeable and extremely nice. I spent 4 days there and i have only one complaint. I know the hospital is old, however i did think the bathroom in my room, especiaally the shower could have been much cleaner. Please have a team of people go through and clean these showers properly. " - Alethea

Erlanger Medical Center: "I dont understand why a hospital would ever charge a patient for parking. It is ridiculous to charge patients for parking when they need to visit the ER. Other hospitals in the area don't charge patients for parking. Plus I called Dobson Community Clinic twice Friday to see the dentist. No one called back and they close way to early on Fridays to do a walk in. I could not leave work early yet the personal who answered the phone and transferred me to the dentist said I had to. They are not my boss and do not pay any of my bills. They should stay open until 5 to allow patients who cannot leave early. I guess they don't understand that." - Christy
