Twin Cities Hospital: "Not impressed with Dr. Grounds. Tried to explain my severe headache( not one to get them) and tried to address swollen nodule in roof if mouth along with something on the inside jaw. The guy shine his flashed light for two seconds and blew me off. I am not sure if have a fungal or bacterial infection or some type of parasite in sinuses. He said he wouldn't know how to even treat an amoebas. (Seriously said that) Doesn't make a patient feel very confident. His bed side manner leaves a lot to be desired. Seemed more interested in joking with staff. Won't be coming back to this hospital in the future. The nurse taking blood took three times before he finally was able to get blood. The staff seemed more interested laughing and giggling. Not impressed with this visit!
Will go to Sacred Heart in the future."
