Day Kimball Hospital: "The communication is terrible in this hospital. Nurses were kind and compassionate but would take a long time to address patients needs because they were stretched thin. One of the nights I was admitted the nurses tried addressing concerning telemetry findings pertaining to me and the doctor disregarded it. When I was discharged they claimed I didn't show any tachycardia. I said the nurses reported it several times. He than said my issue was anxiety. This was Dr. Thang that I speak off. He has the worst best side manor. It was so upsetting. My blood pressure heart rate were through the roof. Massive 10-10 headache. No concern. I balled when I left. I felt so sad and disregarded. Dr. Monica is amazing and the only reason I stuck around. He made my concerns valid. To be told symptoms weren't a big deal and leave me in pain makes me sick. I will never go back for anything! My stay in the ICU consisted of nothing. And left feeling worse than I did. My feelings were validated. Dr. LEE IN THE ER as well has the worst bed side manor!! All other docs great!" - JILL
