Crozer Chester Medical Center Stories

Crozer Chester Medical Center: "you would like to know nothing about your families serious illness this would be the place to go!! If your family is not of sound mind at the time expect nurses to further agitate the situation and tell you nothing and tell your family member that the family doesn’t want to speak with them then this is the place, if dual diagnosis is the situation but your family is placed on one unit that will be the focus not both diagnosis and it surely be as limited care as possible and bring your own belongings because they surely won’t offer so much as a toothbrush. If you want to not hear back from social work or call them and they don’t even remember the patient nor speaking with you then this is definitely the place, if you like unprofessional poor care, this would be five star!!! What a disgrace maybe this is the way the training is here the state , the department of health , ombudsman and everybody possible needs to do a surprise visit of this place, even the hospital operators when you call is atrocious, you ask for a unit no one even says please hold its dead silence then your blind transferred, I have names but won’t add them . Just fix the place or I’d advise no one go there" - Fb
