Covenant Medical Center: "The waiting time here seems to be an average of 12 hours... Do not expect decent and basic customer service from the front desk. Either they are all assholes, or they are severely understaffed and stressed, or both. Wait to make an apt with your Dr. If you can stand it, you'll be waiting here just as long anyways. " - Elara
