Clovis Community Medical Center: "
If they send you here do not go! My 85 year old Grandma with dementia went here after a very bad fall. The hospital did all tests and finally said she can go home if she walks. She is not good walking alone and they literally refused to help her. They told us she doesn’t know what happening she is crying to herself in the corner as they have no bed for her. YES CRYING!!! They refused to help comfort her or let us help her. Nurse Sophie and Sabine you both are horrible nurses. Sabine never even called us with an update after calling 10x for a whole 12 hr shift. The ER hung up on us 3x. I understand Covid has taken a toll on our front end workers but compassion for your patients and their families should never waiver. Clovis CommunityER gives sub par care and they do not care about you or family. Find another hospital!!"

Clovis Community Medical Center: "TERRIBLE ER EXPERIENCE. Staff is rude, not calling patients in order that showed up to their stinky tent. I said I was having chest pains and they said have a seat!!!! 6 hours of tests and no doctor yet. Every person who came to get me for a test was cold and rude. Maybe they are over worked. Where else are we supposed to go? Someone needs to do better running this place. Sad is an understatement. " - Victoria
