Borgess Medical Center: "I gave my nephew a tote to take to his mother on Mothers day. My sister. She was just out of critical care. She was sent to a nursing home today without the tote. It had clean clothes, underwear, gown, robe, and some new toiletries.
All conveniently stolen.Taking advantage of people who are unable to be aware, is frankly disgusting And it's my fault for bringing them, I guess. They have in the very fine print, "not responsible, blah, blah, blah."
Which really means "we all steal here. Enter at your own risk"
I work at an outpatient facility myself and we have to also be certified by the joint commission. Thieves could be seen on camera, and have been seen and fired, rarely happens"

Borgess Medical Center: "Went to ER to have a reduction done on my right wrist. Dr. Told me it was not necessary, even that the x rays and previous dr suggested it. 4 days later when I followed up with the specialist, I was told I needed a reduction, I had to go to the ER again, another hospital, to perform it. No changes in the fracture at all. Specialist doesn't know why they didn't do it. I complaint about the bill, I shouldn't pay, even went to court. because Borgess has subcontractors Kalamazoo Emergency Associates, Borgess is not responsible for their performance. This is bs." - Pina
