    Bayhealth - Kent General Hospital: "I was in the ER from 2pm until 3am the next day. Yes 13 hrs. I put a blanket on the floor and layed there .I was in so much pain sitting in a hard wheelchair for all of those hours. I was admitted. I really need to see a dr today.     Bayhealth - Kent General Hospital: "Sept 23rd 2022 Had severe chest pains. Rescue squad thought I should go to hospital. Went to Bayhealth- Kent General. They drew blood, gave me an ekg and xray and parked me in the waiting room. I never saw a doctor. I waited 9 hours in the waiting room and then told the receptionist I was going home. I was there from 8:15PM to 5AM the next morning." - Charles

    Bayhealth - Kent General Hospital: "Entered ED at 6:30 pm 1/6/22 bleeding from penis not able to urinate into foley catheter. Was left laying in the hall for 36 hrs. Kept telling me I wasn't sick enough to be seen. Finally saw doctor, changed catheter, ordered ct scan.after 44 hrs was told to go home. Next day hospital called to let me know I had severe bladder infection and required antibiotics. However it's then Sunday. No pharmacy. Worst experience. " - James

    Bayhealth - Kent General Hospital: "My wife had to wait over nine hours for a room. We walked in with chest pain feeling dizzy and to sit in the waiting room for over nine hours is very poor service from this hospital. The bathroom looks like it has not been clean in weeks. We are living through a pandemic right now, why are the rest rooms not sanitized and clean (not once in 9 hours has the rest ooms in ER been cleaned for stocked No handsoap!!!" - Jeremy

Called for up date and waited on hold for 30min to speak to no one. Called back to find out he was still waiting. We left and went to Smyrna er. Saw dr and had treatment plan within two hours.
