Altoona Regional Health System: "had 4 surgeries 2-were 5 hours later than scheduled-1 was 4 hours later than scheduled-best one was 3 hours later than scheduled-was scheduled for surgery one morning at 6 am was cancelled at 12 pm surgeon was off that day! is this normal?" - george
